Already posted the recipe for these so won't bore you again, but tonight I did 'Target Pump' with the proper instructor and, whilst I think I shall be in pain for some time to come, I'm hoping it won't be two weeks like last time. This week we did mainly weights - squats with weights, lunges with weights, curls, all kinds of things plus some press ups and sit ups. I lay in the bath earlier not daring to move, my legs are like jelly, but hopefully this has done me some good.
I therefore ate double and triple helpings of spaghetti and meatballs, with cheese. I need it!! ;)

Tomorrow will be shopping after work, washing and ironing so could be take-away night. We shall see.
